Authentic Leadership Program aims at training the young professionals in line with the talent expections of the Corporate World by leveraging their potential by focusing on their core values and strenghts.

The structure of the program is as follows;

• Steering Meeting with the Representatives of 3 Organisations at International Scale

• Preparing individual continuous professional development plans of the early Bloomers/Young Professionals: 8 Mentees will be selected each year

• Match-Making the Mentors with Young Professionals: for 6 Weeks​ 

• Training the mentees through skill development seminars delivered by the High Level Representatives of the Corporates: 3 Skills Development Seminars

• Pitching presentations by the young talents ​

Call for the programme for 2024 will be announced in April 2024. ​
