Preparing individual continuous professional development plans of the early Bloomers/Young Professionals: 8 Mentees will be selected each year

Match-Making the Mentors with Young Professionals: for 6 Weeks

Training the mentees through skill development seminars delivered by the High Level Representatives of the Corporates: 3 Skills Development Seminars
